ChangeLeader was borne out KR Konsulting's (www.krk.sg ) best leadership practices during the COVID-19 pandemic where it was almost impossible to gather everyone into a room due to Work-From-Home and Hybrid work arrangements. 


ChangeLeader was created to support the middle core to more confidently cope and adapt to changing demands at work. As it is based on continuous guided and feedback-based measurable growth, participants become more confident as team leaders to lead transformation opportunities in adaptive teams. 


ChangeLeader is potentially first-in-world as a mobile app-based platform dedicated to Middle Core adaptive leadership growth. As a B2B platform and fully PDPA-compliant, it is fully customizable to an organization’s human capital development needs, guiding, supporting, and providing consulting-grade support to train and upgrade the Middle Core into more confident adaptive team leaders within 4-6 months.


As a Generative AI-enabled Micro-Consulting Digital Platform, ChangeLeader is set to disrupt traditional and expensive leadership training, clearly untenable for the much larger Middle Core pool in organisations. The contextualised customisable platform offers much needed People Analytics in transforming organisations, enabling data-driven decision-making for sustainable human capital development and growth. By providing data-driven insights, ChangeLeader enables organizations to better assess their human capital readiness.
