Keng Thai has been a senior leader in the public service for the past 42 years in the telecom, IT, and data sectors. Other than heading policy and regulatory functions, he had the opportunity to play a major role in leadership development and change management. This experience has led him to firmly believe that having strong leaders is perhaps the single most critical factor in any successful organization. It is therefore important to ensure that leadership development is made available to all organizations, both large and small, by exploiting technology in combination with strong leadership knowledge and expertise. He is excited to be able to contribute towards such an effort.
Dixon has practiced law as a private practitioner, as in-house legal counsel, and as a lawyer/IP Strategist in the public sector.
Over the years, Dixon has advised numerous entities including MNCs and SMEs across many different industries, such as IT, e-commerce, FinTech, and media. As such, he is very familiar with the challenges (particularly IP issues) experienced by businesses throughout South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
More recently, Dixon was one of the key contributors of the Singapore IP Strategy 2030 and led a team of IP Strategists to deliver projects that have enabled innovative enterprises to scale and grow using their IP/IA portfolios.

Dr. Kailash Awati is an analytics and sensemaking professional who helps organisations tackle complex problems using evolutionary approaches. He is an Adjunct Fellow in Human-Centred Data Science at the UTS Connected Intelligence Centre. Over the last decade, he has established data, decision-making, and evaluation capabilities in diverse organisations ranging from startups and multinationals to not-for-profits and government agencies. In addition to his work in industry, he has developed and taught postgraduate courses in data science, business analytics, and decision-making under uncertainty. He is the co-author of two well-regarded books on managing socially complex problems in organisations: The Heretic’s Guide to Best Practices and The Heretic's Guide to Management. Tran Viet Hung joins the ChangeLeader Advisors Board with extensive experience in fostering collaborations and building networks, particularly amongst Vietnamese and American businesses and lobby groups. As a former journalist with Vietnam Television and later its Correspondent based in Washington DC, Tran has built an extensive network to facilitate Vietnamese investment to the US and vice versa. With a wealth of experience in Software Product Development, Digital Strategy Consulting, and Software Project Management, Manas B Jayaram brings a strong skill set to ChangeLeader. As Director of Product Management at HokuApps, he has developed frameworks for Product Design, Development, and Adoption that are being used in over 100 products across diverse industries, regions, and functions. With a passion for building new systems, over the last decade, he has overseen the development and rollout of many platforms, enterprise software systems, mobile applications, and customized software solutions.
