Kieran heads the ChangeLeader project. He graduated from Monash University Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Actuarial Studies and minoring in Business Analytics. Prior to leading the ChangeLeader team, Kieran worked in both Life and General Insurance Actuarial teams at Etiqa Insurance and AXA Insurance respectively where he had the opportunity to handle big data. Kieran is also a member of the Singapore Actuarial Society and holds graduate certificates from Wharton Business School and the University of Michigan in Business Analytics.

He gives back to society in his free time through his pro-bono Math tuition agency targeting lower-income students, Mathsjust4you.

Norainni is a privacy consultant and trainer with proven knowledge of personal data protection compliance. She is a lawyer by training, with extensive data protection content delivered for training as well as for consultancy work for organisations. She has successfully developed a considerable body of knowledge on implementation of personal data protection, assisting organisations in setting up personal data protection policies and procedures. She also trains staff of organisations on how to handle personal data in their business activities. 

Norainni graduated from NUS Law School in 1987 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1988. She spent close to 28 years in the Legal, Tax and Regulatory publishing industry, first as a Legal Editor at Wolter Kluwer, then moved on to Senior Regional Content and Strategy roles in Thomson Reuters and Elsevier. She is a Fellow of Information Privacy; Certified Information Privacy Manager; Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe and Certified Information Privacy Professional / Asia. 

  Shawn Lourdusamy is a business management graduate from Walla Walla University, WA, USA. He has a successful career spanning over a decade in the advertising industry, having worked for five years before founding his own advertising agency in 2000. As the founder and CEO of his advertising agency, Shawn is passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed through effective marketing strategies. With his extensive experience and industry knowledge, he has successfully led his agency to deliver outstanding results for clients across various sectors.

 Clara Wong is personal assistant to Dr Karuna Ramanathan at KR Konsulting. Clara has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from University of Sunderland and a Diploma in Visual Communication. With a background in design and hospitality management, she started her own business in party planning while still pursuing her education.
Upon graduation, Clara joined a local floral boutique as a service and development consultant and gained experience in the wedding and events industry. Being in a client-oriented role, she has to understand their needs and wants and translate that into reality.
In her free time, Clara enjoys picking up new languages and learning about different cultures, most recently being the Korean language and Japanese language. 

Gerald graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of London. Prior to joining the ChangeLeader team, Gerald worked in the Ministry of Health (MOH) as a data coordinator where he had the opportunity to handle big data and coding.
As an avid learner, especially in the field of Computer Science, Gerald enjoys picking up new skills and learning different coding languages, most recently R and Python. 

Dr. Karuna has more than 2 decades of transformation and change consulting. His experience and expertise have been translated into the ChangeLeader content frames and leadership development pathways. As Principal Consultant he will also work with the associate consultants to design and conduct the webinars, and also to respond to the expert advice requests.

Dr. Karuna's work has been noted by the Work Bank in 2016. He was recently reviewed as one of the most promising Organisational Development (OD) Consultants in Asia by Asia Business Magazine (Feb 2023).

Dennis Tay is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator, who is passionate about enabling leaders and teams to grow to create a positive impact.  After a 23-year career as a Naval Officer, Dennis now practices as a Leadership Coach to key leaders as well as executives and senior leadership of MNCs (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo) for Mission Success, Peak Performance and Sustainability. He was previously the Honorary Secretary and First Vice-President of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC), supporting over 400 coaches in the Asia Pacific region, and leading the professional coaching network and resources.

 Dr. Arthur Shelley has been designing and facilitating strategic change initiatives for over 30 years. Initially at Cadbury Schweppes the Global Knowledge Director until 2007, before focusing his own knowledge and learning consulting organisation. He has worked in 20 countries including with organisations as diverse as NASA, Cirque du Soleil, manufacturing companies, government institutions, start-ups and not-for-profits. Arthur led several transformation projects involving international teams implementing significant cultural change. These include in 1999 successful integration of an acquired Polish business into an international network of businesses and establishing a new business unit in China in 1994. Another example in 2015 involved the implementation of new business practices designed to shift the culture into a more interdependent approach and improve productivity. Dr. Shelley is the author of four books, the latest being Becoming Adaptable, Creative facilitation to develop yourself and transform cultures. Earlier books are change, knowledge, behaviour and capability related; KNOWledge SUCCESSion (2017), Being A Successful Knowledge Leader(2009) and The Organizational Zoo (2007).

A seasoned HR professional with 4 decades of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (SHELL Joint Venture Companies in Europe, Middle East, and ASEAN countries).  Zainab is passionate about Leadership development, and growth of impactful and effective teams as change multipliers within transforming organisations.  Zainab is an active member of ASEAN & Brunei Mentoring Entrepreneur Network (AMEN & BMEN) focusing on leadership and HR expertise. She is also a Leadership Coach and Mentor working to unlock and unleash the leadership potential within her coachees and mentees.  During her tenure in Qatar Gas, she was awarded with the “CEO Award of Excellence” in 2012 for her outstanding contributions in Performance Management, Leadership Development, Competence Management.  She also received the “Best Coach & Mentor” Award. Zainab is the founder and current President of the Human Resources Society in Brunei which also provides coaching and mentoring to HR professionals in Brunei in addition to executing workshops and panel discussions for HR upskilling. She is also an active facilitator for HR functional expertise and continues to design and deliver workshops for both the Government Ministries, private sectors in Negara Brunei Darussalam and ASEAN. In her free time, she volunteers her mentoring and coaching services to the young leaders’ entities in Brunei Darussalam (for e.g. YPN & BYLC). 

Alan is an experienced leadership and organization development practitioner with more than two decades of experience accumulated in the private, public, and people sectors. 

As a Leadership Development Consultant, Alan works closely with his clients to execute their leadership development strategy.He designs, develops and facilitates different leadership development interventions for the different levels of the system –from senior executives/top team to middle and front-line leaders. Alan is known for his high energy and dynamic workshops. At the same time, through his authenticity, compassion and role modelling, he is able tocreate a learning environment where leaders feel safe to be vulnerable, creating the space for reflection, introspection and learning. On top of the large group interventions, Alan also provides one-on-one or group coaching to leaders. Alan also works with CEOs to design top team conversations to review their strategies and change imperatives. Through curated leadership conversations, he supports CEOs to bring alignment in their top team and extended leadership community.
